The Oxidant 3% Developer features an easy-to-mix texture, specifically formulated to be used with the Brow Code Tint and Stain Hybrid Dye. Choose from a cream or liquid to achieve your desired finish.

      Mixing With Tint

      Blend equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer until you have a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (approximately 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant will create the right consistency).

      Pro Tip: Keep the mixture creamy, not watery, for the best results.

      Brush Application

      Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Dye with 2 drops of Cream Oxidant using an application stick or brush to blend into a creamy paste.

      Pro Tip: Keep the mixture creamy, not watery, for the best results.

      Airbrush Application

      Fill the dispenser with a 1:1 ratio of Stain to Liquid Oxidant, or approximately 8 drops Stain to 8 drops Liquid Oxidant, adjusting based on the size of your dispenser.

      Pro Tip: For a more pigmented and longer lasting finish use a 2:1 mixing ratio or 10 drops Stain to 5 drops Liquid Oxidant.
